Campaign Deck Bays
Long-form campaign decks for systems integration launches, written in sequence and typeset for the room. Every bay carries one argument, one diagram and one proof point.
Ink Stone Studio, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong
Caimao Culture Media Limited is a computer systems design storyteller working from Rm 9042 9/F Chung Mei Centre Blk B, 15-17 Hing Yip St, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong - 999077, Hong Kong (HK). We turn complex integrated systems into campaign decks, press sheets and client reels that people actually read, and we see how the six studio services fit together →.
Book a studio sittingMost systems design firms explain their work with slides that look like every other slide. We take the opposite route. Our studio is arranged like a working ink stone: a heavy grinding surface, a reservoir that holds the prepared colour, a brush that only touches paper when the story is ready. Every engagement at Caimao Culture Media Limited begins with a long sitting where engineers, product leads and founders describe the system in plain language, and ends with artefacts that carry that language into rooms we will never enter.
The work is deliberately narrow. We do not build software, we do not run advertising networks, and we do not sell templates. We design the written and visual argument around computer integrated systems design, and we produce it with the care of a print run rather than the hurry of a social feed. Because the studio sits inside Chung Mei Centre on Hing Yip Street, clients can walk in with a rough prototype and leave with a finished deck, a press sheet and a reel that survive a procurement review.
Our clients are professional, scientific and technical services firms: systems integrators, engineering consultancies, research platforms and specialised design practices. They share one problem. Their technical depth is real, but their narrative is thin, and thin narrative loses to confident competitors in front of non-technical buyers. The studio exists to close that gap without flattening the engineering truth inside it.

Each service is a folded fan: one clean arc of story that opens only as far as the audience needs. The set is run in two offset rows so that no two engagements look alike when they are laid on the table.
Long-form campaign decks for systems integration launches, written in sequence and typeset for the room. Every bay carries one argument, one diagram and one proof point.
Printed and digital press sheets for announcements, tender submissions and trade shows. We set the whole sheet, check the fold and hand over files that survive the printer.
Short client reels that show a system running in the field rather than a voice over a stock clip. We script, direct and cut the reel at the desk so the message holds in fifteen seconds.
A structured voice program that gives every team the same vocabulary for the same system. We run working windows with engineers and sales so the words match what is actually built.
A review sitting for decks, sheets, reels and site copy before they leave the building. We mark every claim that cannot be defended and rewrite it until it can.
The launch calendar for systems that ship in stages, with each round sequenced by audience. We build the calendar, the copy blocks and the release checks in one sitting.
A computer integrated system is rarely one product. It is a set of connected parts, each with its own user, its own risk profile and its own language. When a client arrives at the Kwun Tong studio with a system to explain, we begin by separating those parts into three layers: what the system does, what it replaces and what it makes possible. That separation is the only stable ground for a campaign, because a deck that mixes the three layers collapses the moment a procurement officer asks a second question.
The Campaign Deck Bays service exists for that first separation. We build decks in bays rather than in a single endless flow, so a sales lead can open at the bay the buyer needs and the deck still makes sense. The Press Sheet Runs service then compresses the same argument onto a sheet that can be handed over physically, which matters in technical services where a printed document still signals seriousness. Client Reel Desks take the third step: a short reel that shows the system in use rather than described, because integrated systems are judged by what they visibly do.
Brand Voice Windows and Collateral Review Sittings protect the first three services from drift. Voice windows give the engineering, sales and support teams one vocabulary, and review sittings catch the moment when a claim outruns the evidence. Launch Calendar Rounds close the loop by putting the whole argument on a dated sequence, so that a staged rollout does not surprise the market with a message nobody has rehearsed.
Because the studio is small and deliberately slow, we take a limited number of engagements each quarter. That limit is real. It is the reason each fan can be opened to its full arc without a junior team copying a template from the previous client. If your system is complex, if it crosses more than one industry vocabulary, and if the buyers are technical enough to detect a thin story, the studio is built for you.
The first sitting runs for ninety minutes and costs nothing. It happens in the studio at Chung Mei Centre or on a call if travel is impractical. You bring the system, a rough deck if one exists, and the names of the three people who will actually read the final artefacts. We bring a printed outline, the ink stone and a willingness to say that a campaign is not the right tool for the moment.
By the end of the sitting you will have a one page reading of your system: the three layers, the likely objection from a technical buyer, and a suggested order of artefacts. About a third of first sittings end there, with a recommendation to wait or to fix the product story internally first. We consider that a successful outcome. The rest continue into a scoped engagement with a named lead, a fixed calendar and a written acceptance list.
Every engagement is documented. You receive the source files for decks, the press ready files for sheets, the edit project for reels and the full voice guide as a plain document. Nothing is held hostage behind a subscription. If you later take the work to another studio, the files will open.
If you would like to arrange a sitting, the fastest route is the contact page or the studio line at +14842766322. We keep a short waiting list and will tell you where you sit on it before you commit to anything.
Caimao Culture Media Limited keeps one rule across every engagement: the story must be as solid as the system it describes. If a claim will not survive a technical review, we cut it, however good it sounds in a pitch. That rule is the reason clients return with the second system and the third, and it is the reason the studio has stayed small on purpose.
